TechnoCom has its own in house setup where your files will diagnose for problems before print production. We have good co-ordination with translators, publishers, printers to create long-term value through an onsite/offshore delivery platform.

Pagination
First of all we check document page size, it should be equal to final trim size if there is a backgound than we increase some bleed area and put crop marks to get perfect output. We handle imposition and step-and-repeat procedure by dedicated software. You can save lots of time by giving this job to us because we also have experience to manage cutting, creaching and folding after print.

Fonts
If you are sending us open files for prepress processing attach all fonts sets you used in your files it is very important because we cann't render file correctly if any font missed out. We check all fonts & typeface issues and correct those before next process.

Proofreading
Proofing your documents is also an important job before processing next step. You have to provide us the a composite proof of the final version of your document. We have to match the same on every step to ensure the accuracy. If we find any mistakes we will ask you to correct those mistakes and print again for final proof.

Images/Bitmaps
It is very useful to check all graphics, images & bitmaps because these are imported objects of files and increase the file size unneccesarily if do not render correctly resolutions should be according to commercial print neither it should be less nor it should be more. We can fix all problems related to graphic & images. Some softwares do not embed images in document they only linked with the files in that case you have to provide all images & bitmaps to avoid any problem.

Color Management
Color seperation is an important part of prepress process. We have to check the file for spot & process color if file has some issues about color we will fix those issues with the help of softwares. Some software itself correct color problems but somtime it takes time to resolve. We check all minor & major issues about color before sending job to film output or printing plates.

File Format
File format is not the biggest issue in prepress there is two popular file format for sending job for film output or printing plates, EPS(encapsulated postscriupt) & TIFF (tage image file) both are platform independent & postscript friendly.
